Class Description: Challenging yet fun fat burning working that defines your entire
body utilizing circuit training, mixed in with cardio kickboxing,
resistance bands, and body weight exercises. No matter what age or
shape your in each exercise can be customized for you. You will get
back into your skinny jeans, have a flatter stomach, have a lot
more energy and be in the best shape of your life.
