Beer Tasting: A Touch of Ireland (Event Over)

Event Over

Editors' Take

Learn everything you've always wanted to know about beer, and hopefully remember it the next day, at the Village Pourhouse.

No green beer here, folks. In celebration of St. Patty's day, head over to The Village Pourhouse where they'll take you on a figurative journey to Ireland. Led by the in-house beer sommelier, learn about the history of the holiday and the great AUTHENTIC beers that go with it. Taste flights of Guinness, Black and Tan, Half and Half, Smithwicks and Harp. Last but not lease...wrap things up with a shot of Jameson to really get the celebration going. There will be two seatings for this event 6:00pm and 8:00pm. RSVP required- 212.979.2337 x 8003 or cari@yourpartyplanning.com

A proper pint of the black stuff is a rare and cherished thing no matter what day it is. A spot of history, pints, and some chips, and I'm a happy man.
