The internet buzz machine coughed up a lot of bands in '07. After you've forgotten who the hell Black Kids are, you'll still be dancing to Yeasayer's unique fusion of world music's disparate strands. MGMT make bouncy, electronic fare and have a single that sounds like indie rock Prince.
Hot damn it's Valentine's Day! Nothing like a romantic dinner, Brooklyn's musical cream-of-the-crop, and some sweet loving to ring in 2/14.
