BÂTON BLANC @ Galapagos Art Space (Event Over)

We are hosting an evening of great music in the cool and trendy Williamsburg area. The evening will feature 3 rock bands each with their own vibe to be followed by DJ Connie who will bring the rock atmosphere to electronic music. We believe that music brings people together and we love to bring mashup genres to bring different people together in new ways.

Say Hello To Symphony (myspace.com/sayhellotosymphony) a great indie rock band that reminds me of radiohead, just enough to see the influence and to love their music without thinking I am listening to Radiohead.

Finding Four (myspace.com/findingfour) They have an upbeat punk rock constructivist style. Their music reminds me of the days when I listened to Green Day or other more punk bands, but with a new party twist. 

Death Of Fashion (myspace.com/deathoffashion) If you have not heard this NYC based band, you are in trouble. Meet the kids of The Doors and Modest Mouse and you are listening to their music.  

DJ Connie, (also a rocker) will finish the evening in beauty spinning electronic beats giving the bands time to drink with their fans (myspace.com/conster72)
