The Salmon Tutorial, the first in a series of classes, will be hosted by Starwich founders Spiro Baltas and Michael Ryan and with Alex Schindler. The event will include in-kitchen instruction and a demonstration, followed by a tasting in Starwich’s comfortable lounge area. Did someone say free food too?
