Start from Scratch or Buy a Franchise?

Entrepreneurship is an exciting option that young professionals often don't realize is available. This panel presents several options for starting a business.

Attendees will hear from someone who started their own business "from scratch," someone who added their individual touch to a franchise business, and someone who has experience advising entrepreneurs in both areas.

This event will be a great opportunity to compare these two tracks, and to network with other young professionals also looking to see what entrepreneurship can do for them.

Panelists:
1. Richard Taylor, of Taylor Smith Properties, Inc. ( http://duospace.vaughnbell.net/tsp/pe...). On top of his work at that company, he also owns a franchise of Popeye's fried chicken over by Fenway Park. He definitely seems like he'll have some interesting stories to share!

2. Suzanne Gray of the Entrepreneur's Source ( http://www.theesource.com/esourcelanding/...). Suzanne has been a course facilitator for some of CWE's business planning programs, she volunteers with CWE as a consultant, and has experience advising both people with their own businesses and those running a franchise.

3. Briscoe Rodgers of MealDetails, LLC ( http://www.mealdetails.com Briscoe, a highly recommended speaker, has started a few businesses along with his partner Stefania Nappi. Currently they're running one called MealDetails, LLC.
