Dave and Busters is building it's inaugural street team this summer! If you're interested in joining a high-energy, pumping, fun team, look no further! Part time and full time positions available.

Represent the Dave & Buster’s brand outside the four walls of the D&B location.

We are having an open house for all interested candidates to fill out applications and be interviewed on Tuesday, July 1st at 1PM.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Performs the following duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures:

Visits local businesses and attends festivals, taste-of events, conventions, sporting events, parades, and other public events to build awareness of the brand.

Champions the D&B brand by distributing marketing collateral, conveying D&B messages to consumers, and answering general questions about the brand.

Provides potential D&B Guests with a positive impression of Dave & Buster’s.

Represents the D&B brand well by conducting self with high standards of behavior; does not use offensive or inappropriate language, display improper behavior, or take actions that may alienate potential D&B Guests.

Street Team members must have a thorough understanding of Dave & Buster’s and be able to explain the concept to potential Guests.

Street Team members are only to distribute collateral supplied by the store and must be dressed in appropriate attire, as determined by General Manager.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will regularly be required to:

Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
Work in noisy, fast paced indoor and outdoor environments with distracting conditions and varying weather conditions (including extreme heat, cold, wind, rain, sunshine).
Move about and stand for long periods of time.
Bend and stoop.
Communicate effectively in a variety of settings with other team members and potential D&B Guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
Lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Education, Experience and Skills Required

Must be friendly and able to smile a lot
Restaurant and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
