socially responsible farming and food production practices. OBT
executes that mission by creating mouth-watering 5 course meals in
accordance with what's seasonally available from local, organic
farms and by using fair trade food products whenever possible. OBT
composts, recycles and sincerely believes that they can change the
world for the better one plate at a time.
