FITNESS MEETS HIGH FASHION AT HERALD SQUARE (Event Over)

New York Sports Clubs ( www.mysportsclubs.com) and Nolcha Fashion Week have teamed up to teach shoppers how to strut down the runway in fall fashion week’s sexiest heels.  NYSC trainer and podiatrist Dr. Emily Splichal will be on-site at Herald Square to lead her signature Catwalk Confidence class, designed to enhance balance, posture and core strength for a confident stride in even the steepest stilettos.   With the help of Nolcha’s elite models, class attendees will have the chance to strut their street style down a real-life runway after working out their glutes, gams and core.  Free and open to the public.
